On behalf of our client, a real estate/developers company in Larnaca, we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to manage client relationships and project progress. This role involves regular reporting, client communication, sales activities, and collaboration with internal teams. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong understanding of the sales process, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Responsibilities

  • Liaise between clients and contractors regarding material selection for apartments, ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Provide regular updates to clients on project progress.
  • Prepare and deliver regular progress reports on projects if required.
  • Conduct property tours and presentations, highlighting the features and benefits of our developments.
  • Guide clients through the entire sales process, from initial contact to closing, including negotiations, contract signing, and post-sale follow-up.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and marketing materials.
  • Manage necessary government procedures and facilitate the issuance of title deeds.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
