Retention Agent – English/German/French/Swedish

Our client is an FX/Crypto trading company with offices in Belgrade – Serbia and are currently looking for Retention Agents with one of the following languages: English/German/French/Swedish. The successful candidate will have a good knowledge of English and will have experience in a similar role.

• Manage client relationships across multiple language markets, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, offering support and promoting company products.
• Conduct regular meetings and maintain high standards of client acquisition, retention, and reactivation.
• Educate clients on product use and trading strategies.
• Cross-sell additional services to provide value and optimise client portfolios.

• Fluent in English and at least one additional language (German, French, or Swedish).
• Proven experience in retention or customer-facing roles.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Background in Economics or Finance is a plus.
