Job Responsibilities

Digital Marketing & Analytics:

  • Plan, execute, and optimise SEO strategies, paid advertising, and lead generation campaigns.
  • Manage Google Analytics, Search Console reports, and online performance tracking.
  • Oversee LinkedIn content creation and maintain the company’s website project map.

Content Creation & Management:

  • Produce engaging content, including newsletters, videos, podcasts, and drone footage.
  • Manage the company’s YouTube channel and broadcasting campaigns.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams for graphic design and creative materials.

Branding & Advertising:

  • Develop and execute strategies for PR, social media presence, and billboards.
  • Manage designs for brochures, fencing, and branding installations.
  • Organize and promote exhibitions, events, and marketing campaigns.

Coordination & Reporting:

  • Maintain and update sales materials, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Track budgets, process invoices, and provide regular performance insights.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 3-4 years of marketing experience, preferably in the real estate industry.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms, tools, and trends (Google Ads, SEO, etc.).
  • Proven experience in content creation, social media management, and PR campaigns.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in English and Greek
