On behalf of our clients, a Marketing and Media company based in Limassol, we are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our client’s team as a Junior Finance and Accounting Coordinator. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various financial tasks, including bookkeeping, invoicing, bank onboarding, and communication with financial institutions. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Job Responsibilities

  • Perform bookkeeping tasks to accurately record financial transactions.
  • Issue invoices and ensure timely payments from clients.
  • Facilitate onboarding processes with banks and financial institutions.
  • Manage communication with banks, responding to inquiries and requests promptly.
  • Prepare daily reports detailing financial activities across various banks and wallets.
  • Reconcile invoices and cross-check expenses to ensure accuracy.
  • Generate profit and loss reports to track financial performance.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in bookkeeping and financial reporting.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with banks.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a similar role within the finance industry.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and financial standards.
