They offer full turnkey solutions for casinos and sports for the online gaming industry, including Operations, CRM, Gambling licenses, Platform, Player Management, Payment Processing, and Customer Care services, to help maximize the success of their clients’ turnkey solutions brands.

They are looking for a motivated and dynamic Gaming CRM Account Manager  to join their office in Limassol. The successful candidate should be curious, creative and details oriented.

Job Responsibilities

  • Developing and executing monthly promotion plans and marketing campaigns that align with business objectives.
  • Analyzing and reporting on campaign performance, utilizing metrics to assess effectiveness and inform strategies for future campaigns.
  • Optimizing campaigns based on data insights to improve customer engagement and conversion rates.
  • Collaborating closely with content and design teams to create compelling and visually appealing campaigns across various communication channels, including email, SMS, web push notifications, and pop-ups.
  • Managing customer segmentation and targeting to ensure campaigns are personalized and relevant to different user groups.
  • Conducting A/B testing to determine the best strategies for messaging, timing, and design to enhance user experience and campaign success.
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to innovate and improve CRM strategies.
Duties include: Creating monthly promotion plans and marketing campaigns, analysing and reporting on campaigns results, optimizing campaigns and working closely with the content and design teams to create the best campaigns for various communication channels (email, sms, web push, pop ups, etc.)

Requirements

  • High technical aptitude and data-driven approach
  • Basic knowledge of Excel
  • Proficient in English (both written and verbal)
  • Strong multitasking capabilities to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and SQL
  • Familiarity with online Bingo games and understanding of the gaming industry
