Our client is a well-established investment firm with offices in Limassol and Nicosia. Due to continuous growth, they’re currently looking for an Arabic Speaking Customer Support Officer for their Limassol office. The successful candidate will be fluent in Arabic and English, with customer support experience, excellent communication and organizational skills.

Job Responsibilities

  • Deliver top-tier customer service across phone calls, emails, and other communication channels.
  • Proactively address client inquiries with dedication and determination, identifying issues and providing effective solutions in a timely manner.
  • Accurately assess client needs, recognize business opportunities, and enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure efficient resolution of client queries.
  • Continuously expand knowledge of financial markets, the CFD industry, and trading platforms.
  • Assist with proofreading and translation of content as needed.

Requirements

  • Strong desire to learn about financial markets, including forex, global stock indices, commodities, and cryptocurrencies.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Proficiency in Arabic will be considered an advantage,
  • Passion for customer service and problem-solving.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office.
  • Previous experience in customer service or financial institutions is preferred.
