Our client is a well-established investment firm with offices in Nicosia and Limassol and currently looking to grow their team in Limassol. They’re looking for French speakers with experience in the Forex industry specifically in a Retention role to join their team.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage client relationships across multiple language markets, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, offering support and promoting company products.
  • Conduct regular meetings and maintain high standards of client acquisition, retention, and reactivation.
  • Educate clients on product use and trading strategies.
  • Cross-sell additional services to provide value and optimize client portfolios.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English and French.
  • Proven experience in retention or customer-facing roles.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Background in Economics or Finance is a plus.
