Retention Agent

On behalf of our client, an investment firm based in Limassol, we are looking for a dedicated and proactive Retention Agent(German Speaker)  to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, addressing client concerns, and implementing strategies to retain our valued customers. Your primary goal will be to build strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and provide solutions that enhance their experience with our company. As a Retention Agent, you will play a critical role in reducing customer churn and fostering long-term loyalty. You will work closely with various departments, including sales, marketing, and customer service, to ensure a seamless and positive customer journey. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
