Technical Operations Manager

Our client is a company in the construction/ building industry based in Larnaca, Cyprus. They are currently looking to expand their team due to continuous growth and they’re seeking a Technical Operations Manager with previous experience in technical operations, project management, or construction within the real estate or construction industry.

• Analyzing cost estimates from different vendors, identifying advantages and disadvantages, and offering recommendations.
• Verifying and approving measurements recorded on-site by suppliers, main contractors, and subcontractors.
• Scheduling and coordinating specific tasks to align with the contractor's project timeline.
• Communicating with clients and the contractor regarding client-specific finish choices.
• Examining finished work to ensure it meets quality standards.
• Providing technical support to clients regarding construction processes and property-specific concerns.
• Capturing visual documentation of construction progress and generating project status reports as needed.
• Monitor and complete all necessary government procedures and issue title deeds

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Architecture or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical operations, project management, or construction within the real estate or construction industry.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage contractors, vendors, and on-site teams effectively.
• Ability to liaise with architects, engineers and contractors to ensure smooth project execution
