Dutch Speaking Retention & Conversion Agents

Our client is an FX/Crypto trading company with offices in Limassol currently looking for Dutch Speaking Retention & Conversion Agent. The successful candidates will be fluent in Dutch with good knowledge of English and will have experience in the sales field.

• Engage with Dutch-speaking clients to build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships..
• Serve as the primary contact for client queries, offering tailored solutions and account updates.
• Achieve monthly targets
• Cross-sell company products to meet retention and conversion targets.
• Educate clients on the trading platform and provide market insights.
• Maintain client portfolios and ensure consistent reactivation efforts.

• Fluency in Dutch and proficiency in English.
• Previous experience in retention or sales roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive and adaptable, with a team-oriented approach.
