They’re looking for a motivated and dynamic Risk and Sports Agent to join their team in Limassol.

• Monitor sports and casino betting customer accounts to detect fraudulent patterns and suspicious activity, ensuring the integrity of transactions and preventing financial loss.
• Investigate suspicious sports and casino betting transactions and sports-related risks, report findings, and undertake remedial actions to mitigate potential losses.
• Utilize fraud and payment systems to optimize deposit conversion rates, maintain a favourable chargeback ratio, and process all withdrawal requests in a timely manner.
• Monitor, operate, and manage all risk tasks, ensuring effective estimation and decision-making in high-pressure situations.
• Assist Customer Support teams by resolving customer queries related to payments, fraud, and sports risk, ensuring professional and clear communication.
• Uphold professionalism in all interactions, ensuring that business objectives are met while providing a high level of service to customers and stakeholders.

• Experience with sports betting analysis is required;
• Excellent command of the English language;
• Attention to details and quality of work;
• Computer literate and proficient user of Excel;
