IT Manager

Our client is a leading affiliate marketing company specializing in generating traffic through Google PPC campaigns. Their mission is to drive high-quality traffic and leads for their partners through targeted and optimized advertising strategies.

They are currently seeking a professional and organized IT Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading their technical strategy, managing their IT infrastructure, ensuring compliance and security, and driving overall technological innovation within the company.

• Develop and implement the company’s IT strategy aligned with business goals.
• Oversee the setup, maintenance, and security of hosting servers and networking.
• Manage and support IT infrastructure, cloud services, and cybersecurity measures.
• Provide general IT support for the company.
• Lead and mentor the IT/development team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
• Manage project development, including CRM and other types of development projects.
• Ensure accurate tracking, reporting, and analytics of PPC campaigns.

• Experience in using Jira and Asana for project management.
• Proficiency in PHP development.
• Proven experience in setting up, maintaining, securing, and networking hosting servers.
• Strong technical expertise in IT infrastructure, cloud services, and cybersecurity.
• Experience in leading and mentoring IT and development teams.
• Experience in managing project development, including CRM systems and other software projects.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Professional and methodical in approach to work.
